Customer Solutions Lead - Generics - West Yorkshire
Our client develop, produce and market affordable generic medicines, as well as innovative and specialty pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter consumer healthcare products, along with supplying active pharmaceutical ingredients to nearly 1,000 customers in over 100 countries.
They specialise in both generic and branded medicines, improving the lives of patients, whether it is by fighting infections, controlling cholesterol, relieving the symptoms of asthma, or providing lifesaving injectable medicines and pain relief for cancer sufferers.
Based from their West Yorkshire office and reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, you will provide a professional, comprehensive 'customer focussed' service to the retail customer and their commercial teams. You will establish long term relationships with customers based on integrity, trust and mutual benefit.
This will involve working collaboratively with the commercial organisation and business to support achievement of business objectives and with retail customers in the management of their product inventory and subsequent replenishment.
Ideally you will have:
* A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service by understanding needs and exceeding them.
* Understands and has contributed within a high performing team
* Customer facing experience
* Stakeholder management experience
* Working collaboratively and cross functionally
* Provision of bespoke customer insight / intelligence
