REGIONAL ACCESS MANAGER - NEUROSCIENCE - NEW TEAM - EAST MIDLANDS/ ANGLIA

This is a unique opportunity to join a brand new team and work on an exciting product launch in Neuroscience within the Multiple Sclerosis disease area. Our client is seeking a Regional Access Manager (RAM) to lead and deliver key regional access and commercial initiatives.

A key member of the regional and key account team reporting to a Regional Business Manager, you will ensure the delivery of the regional business plan leveraging environmental insights on strategic processes, NHS bodies and influential individuals to deliver access in line with goals.

Securing brand funding, you will be responsible for sales and a local Key Account plan to maximise Company interests and promote patient care.

Your detailed regional plan will include stakeholder maps, regional access opportunities and barriers, insight into prescribing bodies and guidelines, and resource requirements to deliver an optimal access environment.

You will build relationships with key NHS stakeholders and ensure sufficient funding allocation for the portfolio by supporting them in their budget planning activity.

With a good working knowledge of relevant healthcare policy and its relevance to local implementation, you will share best practice across the Key Account and RAM teams.

To be considered for this role, you will need a scientific or business degree and ABPI Representatives examination.

With excellent knowledge of the NHS environment and the ability to relate this to objective and action planning, you will have good knowledge of Healthcare compliance and developed project management skills.

You will have experience in selling and driving positive results with both clinical and access customers in a specialist care environment and show demonstrable results through team and key account working practice.

Experience of working in a competitive market place is desirable but having a competitive mind set is essential.

Preferable experience:
I.V. Capacity planning and service delivery
Experience of working on a new drug launch
Experience of working in the Neuroscience disease area
