The Role

The responsibilities of the Service Access Lead are but not limited to:

* Maximise business results of the company brand
* Focus on giving great customer service
* Implement patient focused services and commercial programmes
* Identify, maintain and develop networks within territory and industry

The Skills

Essential

* Prior experience and proven sales success within primary and secondary care
* Over 18 months' worth of hospital sales experience
* Existing development plan towards Market Access
* Ability to drive results
* Experience of project management with the ability to problem solve
* Ability to engage with a variety of customers
* Proven key account management skills
* Productive communication
* Analytical skills
* Negotiation skills
* Professional conduct and appearance

Preferred

* Minimum first degree
