A critical part of TSG’s expansion plan is to further develop the practice’s Pharmaceutical Technology team. We offer the very unusual situation in Search where this role will be able to develop and leverage existing senior level relationships, some of which have been established for over 15 years.
This rapidly expanding sector offers excellent opportunities as technology uptake continues to increase at a dramatic rate as a result of both regulatory and commercial pressures. The practice has an established international network with clients and live assignments across Europe and the US.
As Principal, you will drive sales activity to increase client penetration, as well as develop new customer relationships. The role is supported by an in-house research and delivery team, many of whom have over 10 years’ experience in this space. This opportunity also offers excellent prospects of building a dedicated team for the practice , joining the SMT of our organisation and gaining equity.
We are looking for a Clinical/Pharmaceutical Recruitment or Search professional with a proven track record of retaining and developing clients, or a proven Sales professional in the Clinical/Pharmaceutical service market.
