Key Account Manager - Immunology

North West London & West London

Our client, a global healthcare company, that focuses on researching and developing treatments for patients with various immune and inflammatory conditions are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager for the South West London and West London territory.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

* Exceed targets for the company's promoted brands
* Identify, develop and maintaining stakeholder relationships
* Ensure promoted brands are implemented accurately
* Enhance company proposition through effective management of resources by utilising internal stakeholders and investment resources
* Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to assist the development of the company brands
* Develop effective account plans using both the company's operational plans and own Local Health Economy knowledge
* Make sure account plans are reviewed regularly by Regional Business Managers and updated on the company CRM system
* Share knowledge with other personnel to ensure consistent information and development of the company brands
* Make sure company and stakeholder deadlines are met
* Develop and maintain accurate knowledge of relevant therapeutic area
* Ensure a high level of customer service by responding to customer issues and enquiries
* Comply with ABPI/IPHA regulations
* Maintain safety and adverse event reporting as per company procedures

The ideal candidate will be / have:

* High level of sales experience and success
* Advanced experience in key account management and project implementation
* Relevant therapeutic and market knowledge
* Knowledge of NHS strategy, structure and pathways
* Communication and presentation skills
* Business development skills
* Experience of working in a specialist care environment
* Ability to think outside the box to find solutions to problems
* Proven ABPI qualification desirable
