Our client has an exciting opportunity as a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales within a defined set of Key Regional Accounts. Reporting directly into the Head of Regional Business, you will achieve this by effectively developing and handling specific complex accounts in order to build productive and meaningful working partnerships.
This includes taking responsibility for producing, coordinating & communicating sales programmes and account plans with the ultimate objective of driving incremental sales & margin through your key account client base.
The role also involves cultivating relationships with key internal and external stake-holders to fully realise business opportunities.
You must be able to demonstrate a successful track-record of selling at senior level within the NHS in the UK.
You will be a motivated and capable sales person with a "solution sell" approach to your customer interactions.
You will have excellent stake-holder influencing and relationship-building skills, as well as be able to develop and maintain high levels of therapeutic and NHS knowledge.
You will be a competitive and motivated individual, possessing strong communication skills and a keen team work ethic.
You must also be confident in working in a matrix-management environment.
You should have a full driving licence and be eligible for employment in the UK.
