Our client is a highly regarded medical device company with a reputation for product and service excellence across a number of therapeutic areas. They have developed a niche within the marketplace and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.
As the company move into the next phase of their growth strategy, they are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Manager to work covering their South West England territory.
In this role, you will have sole territory management responsibility across the region and be responsible for selling their range of Surgical Urology products into Hospitals. Your customers will be mainly Urologists, Consultants and Specialist Nurses, but you should be able to identify other customer groups that are important to your business across the wider NHS.
As the position will be sole territory management, you will need to be a strong planner and have good business management skills and also bring a strong clinical and commercial understanding to the role. Also, an ability to manage a 'business within a business' is also required as the potential for growth is significant.
The ideal team and company fit will be someone who is pro-active, with a can-do attitude and passionate about the healthcare market and customer base. You will also have an ability to work in partnership with customers at all levels and be solution-orientated. Some experience or exposure to the Urology, Continence or Surgical Gynaecology market will be an advantage but not essential.
