Their innovative approach has led to the creation of a new, franchise specific role to ensure that the customer is at the heart of the planning process.

Reporting to an Integrated Franchise Lead, you will drive accountability for consistently delivering a great customer experience and amplify the voice of the customer in the organisation. As such, you will act as a true "voice of the customer", challenging the business to be more customer centric and constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience by focussing on the customer's agenda.

Key activities will include:
* Improving the customer experience through shared value
* Own the "customer engagement plan"
* Work closely with customer facing teams to define what the customer wants
* Coordinating and supporting relationships with key customers

Fundamentally you will be accountable for the delivery of the customer plan and be able to make executive decisions about how to engage with them.

You will be ABPI qualified and educated to degree level or equivalent. Your previous experience will have included working within the marketing function of a UK Pharmaceutical company where you will have developed, built and executed key strategies that have led to considerable success.

You will be able to demonstrate high performance, especially in acting as the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and challenging internally to maintain customer centric focus.
