This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Healthcare company who develop and commercialise innovative Mental Health resources in partnership with the NHS. As a Solution Sales Manager you will be striving to drive product awareness and maximise business opportunities across the South West of England.
The Solutions Sales Manager's key responsibilities include:
* Driving product awareness, maximising sales, achieving revenue targets and developing the product portfolio across your territory
* Developing, implementing and executing strategic business plans and solutions that are mutually beneficial and operationally viable
* Demonstrating exceptional therapy area and product knowledge to ensure customers are well-informed, and deliver a high level of customer service
* Gathering and distributing market and competitor intelligence to maximise opportunities and ensure consistency
* Providing customer and patient feedback to relevant internal teams, e.g. Marketing team to ensure marketing initiatives are tailored and appropriate
The ideal candidate should have/be:
* Relevant experience - selling services to NHS
* Demonstrable success in a target-driven environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, creative and dynamic
* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
