Multi Channel Marketing Lead - Neurology

Fixed term contract until end 2018

Therefore the successful implementation and acceleration of Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM), is critical in supporting this transformation and to strengthen their customer engagement effectiveness.

Positioned within the Neurology marketing team and partnering with the Commercial Excellence Digital Team, the role of the Multi-Channel Marketing Lead is to drive the planning, implementation and acceleration of Multi-Channel approaches for the Neurology Business Unit. The role will have local ownership of the digital platforms, customer data and Global IT systems that support a 360-degree view of their customers.

Close collaboration with global and regional marketing and business technology teams, will be vital in developing engaging Multi-Channel plans and tailored content and solutions for each customer segment. The cross functional team approach will extend to include the medical, communications, legal, compliance and market access teams.

With a successful background in both pharma marketing and multi-channel marketing management, you will support brand teams to develop customer engagement plans that match the right content to the right customer segments through the right channels at the right time. By establishing an encompassing KPI and measurement framework, you will champion "customer experience" and support the commercial teams' view on MCM success. Furthermore, the role will deliver customer insights to the business using analytics to optimise channel selection and refine the deployed multi-channel approach.
