The Women's Health Franchise is recruiting for a driven and dynamic Senior Brand & Customer Manager. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting and diverse business, focussed predominantly on their key contraception brand within the franchise.
The role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to lead the implementation of key strategic initiatives, with particular focus on Market Access & overcoming local funding challenges. The successful candidate will also be required to drive innovative projects to engage customers & consumers through multiple channels, as well as leading on the development & implementation of the 2018 brand plan.
Candidates should be adept in leading and influencing teams, able to quickly demonstrate brand leadership, and will be jointly responsible for leading the Women's Health Cross Functional team and supporting the customer facing staff in the field.
The role will also require development of key customer relationships across a range of customer groups.
Your suitabilty for the role will be defined by your previous marketing experience from within the UK pharmaceutical industry. Ideally you will have also worked in a field sales and market access role. Robust understanding of NHS environment and Public Health policy are also pre-requisites.
