Our client is a privately owned, global business and provides plasma-derived therapies - usually for chronic diseases - diagnostic reagents and analysers as well as automated blood-typing systems.
They are recognised as one of the leaders within their field.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account manager. They will be responsible for both a current market leading product and launching a new product
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following.
Key Account leadership abilities with examples of using others to achieve specific account goals.
Refined interpersonal skills with abilities to present and influence at all customer levels to ensure business opportunities are optimized.
Proven evidence of creating and implementing programmes in a key account which increase sales through e.g. capacity enhancement, improved patient pathways
High level selling skills
Degree education, ideally in life science or business related.
Broad pharmaceutical industry experience within a sales environment, with a proven track record of commercializing high value pharmaceutical products into a tertiary care environment.
Strong skills and experience in use of key account planning as a basis for making both strategic recommendations and delivering tactical level action plans.
Knowledge of NHS structures, policy, and strategy sufficient to identify customer needs, and product opportunities, across a broad range of stakeholders
