The Role

The responsibilities of the Key Account Manager are but not limited to:

* Deliver profitable targets for establish company accounts

* Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPI's
* Deliver outstanding customer service to company customers
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maximise profitability
* Identify and act upon new business opportunities
* Leading service review meetings with Pharmaceutical Companies
* Allocate own resource across target established accounts whilst delivering profitable and high quality service
* Implement a business retention strategy for allocated accounts
* Continually portray the company as per the company values and visions

* Ability to influence across a variety of levels
* Strong communication skills
* Strong team player
* Results focuses, action orientated and tenacious
* Self-motivated
* Copes well under pressure
* Experience within account management
* Good analytical and financial skills
* Detailed knowledge of therapy area relevant to role

* A good understanding of Homecare provisions
* Sound knowledge of NHS
* Project management skills
* Knowledge of the ABPI and other regulations
* IT literate
