HOSPITAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - NEONATAL - IRELAND

We are currently recruiting for a Hospital Specialist for the Midlands and Thames Valley and East England region (including Oxford, Reading, Slough, Milton Keynes) for the promotion of our clients products across their Special Care range.
The successful candidate will be ABPI qualified, ideally with a life science degree or nursing background. They will demonstrate a wealth of experience in pharmaceuticals sales, preferably including substantial evidence of successful hospital sales in the Special Care area, including a strong record of formulary submissions. They must have a proven track record of sales success through account development with a particular emphasis on a partnership approach.
Candidates wishing to be considered for the position will be required to have robust planning and time-management skills in order to deliver effective business plans and consistently achieve sales targets/growth. This requires the ability to act autonomously and to be able to create solutions specific to your own business.
In addition, the successful candidate will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to deliver technical information with impact. Full training will be provided however, there is a requirement to be able to process, understand and communicate a high level of technical knowledge and competence, in order to influence individuals across the NHS spectrum including prescribers, influencers and budget holders.
