Junior Product Manager Vacancy opening with a forever expanding company predominantly focusing on the diabetic therapy area.

The Company

Established sixty years ago, our client is a family owned business that retains a friendly and professional atmosphere. They focus on diabetic injectors used by type 1 patients. They also have a range of blood sampling products and a range of products for sexual health. The company is multinational and is continuing to grow. The Role

The responsibilities are but not limited to:

* Develop and deliver marketing communications/promotional support materials to ensure maximum market conversion
* Liaise with suppliers to manage and/or facilitate the production of marketing communication tools
* Constantly evaluate different routes to effectively communicate with stakeholders
* Identify and manage attendance at appropriate events and ensure that the delivery against objectives to appropriately represent brand identity
* Market and field research to assess the competitor landscape; identifing gaps in market, product and promotional opportunities, and drive increased sales
* Monitor screening programmes across the healthcare sector and identify any opportunities to integrate our products
* Data Management and reporting
* Develop and maintain a KOL database
* Ongoing evaluations of activity to measure ROI and make recommendations for future activity
* Attend Sales meetings where marketing expertise is required
* Proactively suggest appropriate training/education opportunities
* Facilitate continued learning within the team and stakeholders to cover developments in the environment to support effective delivery of key marketing messages
* Conduct all training activity to a high standard, work closely with the Wellards team to identify the training cycle for the UK and Ireland team and identify opportunities to evaluate how this is used in practice

The Skills

* Degree or equivalent business qualification / marketing qualification such as CIM
* Full UK driving licence or equivalent
* Marketing experience across the full mix e.g above and below the line and digital marketing, ideally in the healthcare sector OR clinical sales / training experience but looking to move into marketing and has gained or is studying for CIM or equivalent
* A strong understanding of the Healthcare market in the UK and Ireland
* Knowledge of sales techniques for the Healthcare Industry within ABHI constraints (ABPI experience is also acceptable)
* Experience in delivering high quality training
* Sales experience disreable
* Experience and confidence to present information across all levels of the business
* IT literate with strong analytical skills
