Star is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager to join a well-known pharmaceutical company in their Respiratory division and help steer the growth of a market-leading product within the field.
Our client values someone who has a desire to achieve results and someone who can work as part of a team to deliver real outcomes for both customers and patients alike.

The Regional Business Manager responsibilities include:
* Increasing sales and market share of the portfolio through effective management of the team
* Coach and train colleagues in line with development plans and individual learning needs to create a team that works together and delivers the agreed targets
* Working to recruit and mentor effective and talented team members
* Identifying commercial opportunities for the organisation through effective business planning and the development of financially sound business proposals

Ideal candidate will be/have:
* You will put the company's core values into practice.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience of managing a sales team within the Pharmaceutical industry
* Strong leadership skills
* Knowledge and experience in the Respiratory therapeutic area desirable
* An excellent judge of character
* Able to ensure that the right people are being selected to work for the employer
