Systems support and Implementation Analyst - Coventry (with field-based travel)
Our client is a European manufacturer specialising in the area of blood-transfusion and have ambitious growth plans for the next few years.
They are currently looking for an Systems support and Implementation Analyst primarily to support the 'Blood track Solutions' business in the UK. The position involves providing high quality and effective pre- and post-sales service to customers with the objective of achieving rapid response and fix times, demonstrating and training NHS customers on their equipment and identifying areas where they can increase revenue.
The role will be based at their Coventry offices with remit for travel across the UK.
Key responsibilities will include promotion, demonstration and Technical IT/Helpdesk Support for new and existing customers of systems and products as well as performing demos and presentations of their full range of solutions, product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of it Systems and databases and will have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Biology, Biomedical Science, Chemical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related science field and an MSc in a relevant scientific field.
It would be an advantage to also have experience providing training, service and support to external customers with regard to assay training, instrument operation, instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
