They are now entering an exciting growth phase as they launch their new Ophthalmology franchise in the UK.
A key appointment will be a Northern Business Lead who will be fully accountable for the region's sales performance through the effective line management of a number of Key Account Managers.
You will drive a high performing sales culture within your team, also building and driving mutually beneficial relationships with key KOLs and prescribers.
In collaboration with the Franchise Head, you will define the local strategy and objectives of your team, in line with the overall country objectives.
Your suitabilty for the role will be defined by your previous success as a sales manager from within the UK Ophthalmic industry. You will be a self starter with exceptional business, commercial and leadership capabilities.
