Oncology Brand & Customer Manager - Buckinghamshire

Reporting to the Oncology Brand Director, you will be leading the cross functional brand team in the planning and implementation of the pre, peri and post launch strategy.
As a local brand manager, you will be empowered to handle customer marketing, driving a deep understanding of what motivates patients and the HCPs that care for them, acting on this through the delivery and implementation of an integrated brand plan, with considerations to the current market access conditions and challenges.
You will embed a high customer focus within Oncology team by spending a significant amount of time with customers and placing the customer at the centre of every business decision.
* Proven experience and success in Oncology marketing from within a UK based marketing function
* Ability to demonstrate marketing excellence in a variety of areas.
* Proven experience and track record of success at a national / regional level achieving brand sales growth
* Previous specialist sales experience desired
