Our client is a highly regarded medical technology company with a reputation for excellence worldwide. They have developed a foothold in a niche part of the UK market and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.
The company are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to work covering the Central / Southern England territory.
In this role you will identify and develop key decision makers across the broad NHS economy (diabetes clinical leads, meds mgmt., primary care leads, DSN's) and favourably position their innovative & niche software solutions product to achieve your sales objectives.
As this will be a very autonomous role, you will need to have strong negotiation and decision making skills as well as excellent communication capabilities. As you will be working closely with the NHS you will need a clear understanding of the local NHS dynamics, relating to Diabetes management and its drivers.
The ideal candidate would possess:
* 3-5 years of Diabetes industry experience (including experience of selling to CCG's, trusts and procurement)
* Strong understanding of the NHS structure
* Good contacts within the industry and track record in NHS sales account management
