CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY BASED MIDDLESEX

This world class pharmaceutical company are recognised as the market leader and pioneers in the field of pharmaceutical medicine. Their flexible and agile approach means they are in tune with the ever changing NHS and they have a powerful reputation with their customers.

Due to expansion an opportunity has been created within their Support team based at their Head offices near Heathrow/Uxbridge.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers via a variety of communication channels. It will involve a combination of responsibilities, including handling customer enquiries across the UK portfolio of medicines, issue resolution and upselling against their discount structure when placing orders for direct customers.

We would like to hear from applicants with a genuine interest in achieving customer satisfaction through front line contact with customer.
