Key Account Manager - Ophthalmology - Central London
Our client is a niche but expanding player in the Ophthalmology marketplace across the UK and Europe and the United States. At this important time for the organisation, they are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their high performing UK sales team to work covering the Central London territory.
This includes responsibilty for the prestigious Moorfields and Charing Cross hospitals.
The product portfolio focuses on ophthalmology targeting a need in the marketplace. This is a brand new role introduced to cover the huge sales potential so its important that the new incumbent will be a solutions-focused individual with a pro-active commercial mindset.
The ideal candidate will have ophthalmology experience, gained within a strategic sales role and a proven track record of sales success. However, candidates with a strong sales background in other areas will also be considered, provided it is within a technical sales function at key account/hospital level. You will be ready to take on the next challenge into a highly visible sales role and advance your sales career.
An ABPI would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite.
