KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - WOMEN'S HEALTH - N LONDON AND EASTERN
Our client is a young & dynamic, rapidly growing pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of generic and speciality pharmaceutical products. They have a skilled management team who can add value to their partners in the UK market and elsewhere in Europe. In Speciality medicines they are investing in niche / value added products suited to branding and promotion aimed at primary and secondary care customers.
They are currently seeking a Key Account Executive whose primary objective will be to ensure the rapid uptake of PCO guidance featuring the company's Health brands, resulting in sales growth and increased market share. They will be required to follow a plan and prioritise key accounts and activity within the ABPI code of practice put together in conjunction with the Key Account Managers, Head of Sales and the National Stakeholder Manager to name a few. The primary external target will be GPs including key CCG decision makers, GPWSi's, Community Pharmacy as well as primary and secondary care specialist nurses.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of commercial acumen with a proven track record of selling success in primary and secondary care. It would be beneficial to have an understanding of a Payor strategy and therapy knowledge in Women's Health, Respiratory or Bone disease but in this instance it is not essential. It is however essential to have a good understanding of the NHS and the NHS structure and be able to demonstrate the principles of account management as well as having passed the ABPI.
