Regional Business Manager - South UK
Our client is an international publicly owned pharmaceutical group listed on AIM, part of the London Stock Exchange, was founded in 1998 and has its headquarters in the UK.
Its' principal activities are the acquisition and licensing of mature pharmaceutical products and the marketing of those products.
With a unique collection of skills and resources, its' people have been recruited from a wide range of multinational pharmaceutical companies and backgrounds.
It has acquired the rights to more than 50 established and speciality pharmaceutical products. Its established products business now covers most therapy areas. In addition to this our portfolio includes brand building businesses focused on Dermatology, Oncology and Nutrition.
In preparation for the imminent lauch of an exciting and innovative product, they are expanding their UK field force and are seeking a talented leader to drive their continued success.
The role involves looking after a team of Key Account Managers and would suit individuals with proven leadership, coaching and counselling skills from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry.
You will have the ability to communicate clear expectations and objectives and with demonstrable and credible sales success.
Also, you will have experience of managing budgets, performance management and fostering highly effective teamwork.
Experience of launching a brand would be useful, but is not essential.
