BRAND MANAGER - ONCOLOGY - UK
Our client is an innovative radiopharmaceutical company developing, producing and commercializing molecular nuclear medicine theragnostics. It is also an established leader in molecular nuclear diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals for PET and SPECT, mainly used in clinical oncology, cardiology and neurology.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and result driven Brand Manager to join their ever-growing team.
The right candidate will have the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels along with excellent communication and analitical skills.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a launch of oncotherapeutic product with an outstanding phase 3 results.
*Creating and implementing strategic and operational marketing plans
*Developing promotional and advocacy programmes
*Leading cross-functional launch-planning teams for new products as well as developing and communicating launch plans across the organisation
*Building key working relationships with opinion leaders in relevant therapeutic areas, sales team, graphic designers
*Partnering with key functions (Sales, Medical) to achieve brand objectives
*Following the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct
*In depth understanding of MHRA and ABPI rules and regulations and how these influence literature and marketing of pharmaceutical products in the UK
*Good leadership skills, resilience, high levels of cross functional collaboration and an ability to work strategically and operationally
*Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing role with strategic responsibility
*Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills to identify, understand and propose plans to address business issues
*Understanding of markets including market research and market dynamics
*Awareness and understanding of the trends within the healthcare sector and some of the key drivers that are influencing them
*Clear delivery of creative and innovative approaches and process redesign
*Experience of the multiple facets of marketing including communication (public affairs, public relations), forecasting, financial analysis and market research
