A new opening exists for a Key Customer Manager to focus on their recent launched oral anti coagulant. You will have full responsibility and ownership for all clinical prescribing and non-prescribing customers across primary and secondary care who influence treatment guidelines, patient diagnosis and management. In particular your customer base will encompass Primary Care, Secondary Care, PCO's, Consortia, Clinical Networks, NHS Acute Trusts and Foundation Trusts. In addition the role will involve sourcing and leveraging internal resources and stakeholders such as Marketing, Medical Info and Market Access in order to maximise business growth and development.
This unique role will see you take full accountability for your own performance and results and allow you scope to make and manage your own decisions. In addition you will share knowledge and learning with others in tandem with seeking and giving feedback and coaching.
We are looking for a committed and self disciplined individual who can demonstrate a high level of success as a sales representative in primary and secondary care and understands the complexities of interacting with and influencing customers. In addition you will need strong analytical skills with well tuned Key Account Management skills.
