REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - ACUTE THERAPIES - SOUTH

As part of a recent restructure on account of business successes, they have created a new role for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South of the UK.
Managing a highly skilled team, which comprises of a mix of Territory Sales Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists, the new manager will be responsible for driving increased sales across the region, working on strategy, coaching, developing, mentoring and liaising with Senior Management and Marketing to enhance Divisional successes.
In terms of experience, the new Regional Sales Manager will have themselves an excellent track record in Territory Sales ideally within a Medical Devices or perhaps Pharmaceutical Sales background; a passion for and an understanding of achieving top sales results is essential for this role. Line management experience within Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable, but a candidate who has covered an interim or secondment management position may be considered. Energy, enthusiasm, dynamism and a strong commercial acumen are essential.
