Customer Service Representative opportunity!!!
Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Service Team based at Exchange Quay Manchester.
The Customer Service Representatives key responsibilities include:
To provide excellent Customer Service to key customers in FMCG
To manage customer relationships via telephone and other correspondence, including responding to customer enquiries and difficult complaints
To provide service and support through SAP CRM and Remedy Database
To ensure all transactions meet required standards
To liaise with the business on customer relationship management.
To assist customers with product issues in the areas of products issues, recalls, returned goods, proof of delivery, freight claims.
Applicants will have/be:
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Experience or working in a in the fast paced customer environment
* Previous SAP, SAP CRM, Remedy Database experience
* Customer facing experience
* Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes is essential
* Experience of supply chain and logistics is desirable
