Due to the companies solution led and patient focused service, they are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and talented Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager to work within their UK head office.
As Customer Service & Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for, and lead, the constant development of the Customer Service team, whilst ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to understand their clinical needs, then adapting the companies services to suit. It's therefore important that you are familiar with the changes within the NHS. You will also have overall responsibility of the warehouse and logistical operations for the business.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have relevant customer service/supply chain management experience at regional or national level within the medical devices industry.
You will also have a creative approach to problem solving and experience of collaborating in international and cross functional projects within a global organisation.
