Advanced Technology Manager - London, South East England, East Anglia.

They are currently recruiting for an Advanced Technology Manager for their South Eastern / East Anglia territory. This role will be dedicated to looking after Private Sector Accounts within this potentially very high performing area.

The Advanced Technology Manager will be directly responsible for achieving a sales plan within targeted accounts by working directly with cataract and / or refractive surgeons and staff in the clinical office and theatre environment in order to expand the use of their product portfolio.

They will work closely with other members of the team on jointly targeted accounts within the region.

The Advanced Technology Manager will be responsible for both New Business Development as well as Account Management across their Account List.

This is an exciting opportunity which will demand a high level of technical expertise, extensive clinical discussions, a significant amount of work within a theatre setting and as well as excellent territory management and sales skills.

A proven track record within Medical Devices sales is essential and prior experience of surgical sales highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will have had some exposure to or a passion for working within ophthalmology/ optometry/ optics.

This role will require excellent communication skills to explain technical benefits and business propositions as well as strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
