Client Development Manager
Star has an exciting new vacancy for a Client Development Manager! Our client helps to provide provisions for specialized supported housing for vulnerable adults so they may live more independently. They also look more in-depth at the dilemma that these individuals face when looking for care, as well as housing, and offer the choice of where, how and with whom they would like to live to allow them the freedom and autonomy.
In this role, you will be accountable for networking and identifying new business partners within the care sector and managing projects across multiple stakeholders. You will be required to liaise with Care Providers and Commissioners to assist with property solutions in relation to the demand.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
* Experience with Local Authority/commissioning of housing
* Negotiation and business management skills
* Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrable understanding of Market Access
