Business Consultant - (Medical Aesthetics)

They are looking for a talented Business Consultant to join their successful Aesthetics team.
In this role you will be part of a team of four Business Consultants and will officially report into the Business Unit Director. The role will work closely with existing Aesthetic clinics & practices, and look at ways of growing their businesses - so it's therefore crucial you bring a business focused, partnership approach to the role & deliver a 'tailor-made service for the client.
The company are ideally looking for business 'experts' who understand this market and can add significant value -you may have experience as a small business consultant, business coach, executive coach, trainer, aesthetic business owner, aesthetic business managers (but you must have a flexible style and put the customer first at all times)
This will involve product support & education on the appropriate use of products within the private clinic setting and advice on "best practice" in patient management.
You will be an excellent communicator, developing and maintaining internal and external relationships. You will also have excellent planning and organisation skills, to be able to effectively develop and implement operational plans and run large scale events in collaboration with other colleagues.
To be successful, you will have a strong commercial acumen, be a strategic thinker, enthusiastic and passionate about your role and products, and be able to learn quickly.
