Key Account Manager - Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire

Being completely independent, the Group reinvests 25% of turnover in research and development and uses all its profits for growth.
They now have an exciting new opportunity for a talented Key Account Manager to drive sales growth of their leading cardiology product, developing lasting relationships with Key Decision Makers in hospitals and CCG's. This is to cover a maternity leave until February 2019.
You will be communicating compelling health-economic and clinical arguments that support the required positioning of this product on formularies, guidelines and protocols within the context of the customers' needs. This would include, for example, disease management protocols, integrated care pathways, local enhanced services and medicines management strategies.
We would like to hear from accomplished Key Account Managers with secondary care and CCG experience who have a very strong understanding of Market Access principles.
This type of Key Account Management role is a rarity and as such you will have complete autonomy for your area.
The right attitude is also vitally important and you must have a keen desire to take on responsibility in tandem with a desire to learn and develop.
Experience in cardiology and/or the anticoagulant market would be a distinct advantage.
