Patient Services Manager - UK - Field Based

Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical company whose substantial reinvestment into R&D is creating products at both early and late stage development. With a focus on core business areas of oncology, nephrology, and immunology/allergy, they discover and develop innovative new drugs aiming to become a global specialty pharmaceutical company which contributes to the health and well-being of people around the world.

They are now seeking a field based Patient Services Manager, whose role will be to to ensure a seamless patient journey whilst providing a service that exceeds expectation for patients treated with their products.

Key resonsibilities will include:
*Oversight of Early Access Programme (EAP), Patient Support Programme (PSP) and Homecare provision for Rare Disease portfolio, in UK and Ireland
* Work closely with internal cross-functional UK team to ensure alignment with International on EAP, PSP and Homecare services and deliverables
* Work in collaboration with Market Access Director to ensure timely and appropriate implementation of local guidance for England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
* Develop and maintain contact with internal stakeholders, with particular focus on developing relationships with Market Access and Medical Affairs team members
* Key liaison point for relevant external stakeholders

About you:
* Degree in life sciences or equivalent professional qualification
* First-hand experience of the NHS is highly desirable, ideally in a frontline role
* Experience in a similar pharmaceutical role
* Good oral and written English and excellent communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated experience of working cross-functionally and problem-solving

You will be part of a small, multi-disciplinary team and therefore the ability to be proactive, solutions focused, flexible and a team player are essential requirements

Patient Advocacy experience is desirable
