Sales Training Manager

You will be accountable for identifying the training and development needs of the Sales Force and providing solutions. You will be working closely with the Head of Learning & Development, Sales Directors and RBMs in order to facilitate the training needs for each sales team. You will also be responsible for leading the ITC with the OD Manager for non-field staff and creating online training modules for field staff, as well as supporting product training and personal development. You will be required to work from the Head Office and in the field, as per business needs.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
* Experience as a KAM in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience of sales and product training
* Demonstrable record of working with RBMs
* Strong working knowledge of the NHS processes
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
