Key Account Manager - Psychiatry / Mental Health - Hampshire, Dorset and Isle of Wight

Star is delighted to be partnering with an extremely well-regarded global pharmaceutical company to recruit a Key Account Manager for their Hampshire, Dorset and Isle of Wight territory. Our client specialises in improving the quality of life of people suffering from a variety of complex neurological and brain diseases. The company is at the forefront of pioneering new compounds in depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy and bipolar disease to name a few.

With a key focus on one specialist Psychiatry drug, this role requires an experienced and high-performing Account Manager to really take control of their territory and drive the product through into Secondary Care. Your main accountabilities will be understanding and working with customers and stakeholders who influence whether products are prescribed, the process to gain access within each account and the brand priorities required to grow sales. You will be responsible for developing and delivering of tactical account plans in line-with brand and regional objectives. There is a great deal of opportunity here and they are looking for someone who is just as passionate about Mental Health as they are to join this team and ensure the territory achieves its full potential.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

* A passion for Mental Health as a therapy area
* ABPI qualification
* Demonstrable sales success
* Experience of true, strategic Key Account Management
* A full UK driver's licence
