Customer Engagement Manager - Oncology - Herts Office Based

Based from their Hertfordshire offices, and reporting to the Oncology Franchise Manager, you will add value to their stakeholders (oncologists, nurses, pathologists, surgeons, etc) in all interactions, differentiating them from the competition and ensuring that they engage with their stakeholders through the right channel at the right time with the right information to drive the right behavioural change.
The successful individual will also focus on engagement with professional bodies, pharmacists, patient organisations and patients themselves. The role will require close collaboration with the wider cross functional team including marketing and digital, driving innovation across the oncology landscape.
Your suitability for the role will be defined by your previous experience working within a similar Professional Relations type position from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry. You will have set a Customer Engagement strategy, managed strategic partnerships and designed metrics for various initiatives.
