Our client is a highly regarded medical technology company with a niche product portfolio. They have developed a foothold in the UK diabetes market and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.
The company are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to work covering their high potential Scotland territory.
In this role you will identify and develop key decision makers across the broad NHS economy (diabetes clinical leads, health boards, DSN's) and favourably position their innovative & niche product to achieve your sales objectives.
As this will be a very autonomous role, you will need to have strong negotiation and decision making skills as well as excellent communication capabilities. As you will be working closely with the NHS you will need a clear understanding of the local NHS dynamics in Scotland, relating to Diabetes management and its drivers.
The ideal candidate would possess:
* 3-5 years of Diabetes/insulin device industry experience (including experience of selling to health boards in Scotland)
* Strong understanding of the Scottish NHS structure
* Good contacts within the industry and track record in NHS sales account management
