Our client is a highly regarded manufacturer that specialise across a range of medical devices markets. One of their major growth areas is Wound care, and as a result they are looking to appoint a Regional Business Manager to take full commercial accountability for the East of England region. (South Yorkshire to North East London)
In this role, you will manage a team of talented Territory Managers across the region and will have a total of 8 direct reports across sales, market access and clinical functions.
In this role, you will manage a team responsible for delivering sales & business growth across their leading portfolio, be accountable for the bottom line at a regional level and report directly into the UK Head of Sales. Therefore, it's imperative that you bring a solid, in-depth understanding of the NHS and bring experience of working with NHS stakeholders at all levels across the region.
The product portfolio is well regarded by the customer base in the marketplace and the opportunity to develop the business from a wider commercial standpoint is available.
As it's a business critical role, the ideal candidate will be an experienced medical device industry professional with demonstrable sales management experience. You will be a dynamic leader with a track record of people and performance development and bring a solutions-focused mind-set to the role and wider business environment. Experience in the Wound care marketplace is also preferred.
