Regional Business Manager - Diabetes Care - London/ East Anglia
A global leader in Diabetes care, our client is constantly working to deliver the highest quality products and unwavering support to their customers. They are committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyse glucose levels.
Due to growth within their Diabetes division, they are seeking a Regional Business Manager to manage their sales and market access team in the London/East Anglia region.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering the sales targets and objectives through the efficient line management of your regional team.
Key role responsibilities include:
* To ensure optimal market access for their portfolio in the region through targeted customer activity (key decision makers, influencers, gate keepers across the region) and the coordination of sales teams.
* To lead the account management process in order to ensure positive guidance, advocacy and sales within the region.
* To oversee / directly account manage contracts with the NHS ensuring contract obligations and service levels are met.
* To ensure the effective sales cycle to tender stage of all predefined key accounts.
*Demonstrated line management experience of medical sales teams
*Management of market access specialists/knowledge of market access is required
*The post-holder must be based within the London/East Anglia region
