Our client is an extremely successful and growing pharmaceutical organisation who have achieved first-in-class and best-in class medicines and are committed to Research and Development. They have a focus within the Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Oncology markets where they have a strong future pipeline.
They now seek a talented individual to lead the delivery of a local business plan through close interaction with key customers across the local health economy and line management of a sales team.
This is a role that will provide the incumbent with true ownership of their local business, where you will create your own business plan and be 100% accountable for the achievement of your sales targets.
Your diverse customers will include Medicines Management/Optimisation.
You must harness all appropriate resources from within and outside the company to create a positive market access environment and work with high effectiveness within a matrix organisation to utilise skills and inputs throughout the business.
Working within their cardiometabolic team, your commercial acumen and past line management experience from within the UK pharmaceutical industry will be key to your success.
You will be excited by this stand-alone role where you have the opportunity to manage your own business by creating your own local "franchise".
