Business Development Manager - Vascular Access Solutions - North London
Our client is a leading international medical technology manufacturer. In a rapidly changing and increasingly competitive healthcare environment, they are seeking to recruit a talented new BDM to further strengthen their organisational capabilities in this area.
The Business Development Manager will be required to work strategically to grow market share by supporting customers from a broad range of call points on the clinical aspects of their Vascular Access portfolio, identify and access decision makers from Clinical to Senior Procurement level and be able to uncover their needs to appropriately position their products in a profitable manner.
You will be measured through quarterly and annual territory targets in relation to the promoted products.
On a Regional level you will be required to work collaboratively with Marketing and the Regional Sales Manager to support local priorities and objectives.
Ideally educated to Degree level, you'll have a proven sales track record in a relevant field and some experience of the Laboratory or Pharmaceutical sales environment.
You will have extensive sales experience with demonstrable record of success in NHS Healthcare sales. You must be able to demonstrate a strategic mindset with success in coordinating numerous departments and customer types within the NHS setting.
Highly motivated, with an action-oriented mindset and good organisational skills, you will have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team, identifying and converting business opportunities to drive growth and retention.
