Senior Account Manager - Scotland
Our client has been assisting in the development of effective Healthcare Strategy to pharmaceutical firms and the NHS. Delivering insight through personnel and strategic support, our client helps achieve efficiencies, operational growth and ultimately helps organisations meet their objectives.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of specific contracts including the development of a business case / proposal as determined by the client, establishing projects goals, timescale and a project plan which meets the requirements of the NHS stakeholders.
You will enjoy building bespoke tailored solutions that develop a trusted, client-centred partnership that achieves mutual success. A consultative approach aided by the company's flexible and responsive service offering to help provide enlightening market intelligence that will make a measurable difference to the customers' business will be vital.
Also, the ability to liaise and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally at senior level within NHS organisations. Ensure the delivery of initiatives at a level of quality required by the NHS clients, and demonstrate proven leadership skills in working with a wide range of professionals at all levels.
Additional responsibilities will include:
* Creation and maintenance of strong personal relationships with contacts with NHS clients.
* Design and implementation of communication strategies to ensure all major stakeholders informed during the contract implementation lifespan.
* Undertaking operational risk analysis to advise on the risks of any policy or funding changes and advise on options for minimising, reducing and managing risks.
* Communicating effectively with Directors, office staff and clients regarding the logistics of delivery related to contracts under the responsibility of the account manager.
Your suitability for the role will be defined by your previous successes in a field-based sales role, ideally selling to NHS customers.
