Customer Support Representative

Based from their West London offices, you will be responsible for achieving excellence in customer service through front line contact with all customers, from Wholesalers, members of the public through to senior health care professionals.
You will handle and respond to all product, service or company enquiries covering an ever-increasing Medicines portfolio received through any channel, within service targets. This will include managing the initial Product Complaint process including Adverse Event reporting.
Discussing and responding to customer product related enquiries within company guidelines whilst achieving a consistent high-level approach to excellent call quality in all interactions with customers will also be vital.
You will also maintain high standards of system, process and product knowledge whilst acting ethically with the ABPI Code & continually develop in role.
*Degree level qualification
*Customer Service Experience
*Good communication skills and ability to deal with difficult customers
*Ability to work in a complex environment - interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
*Proven ability to interact with customers
