Account Manager - Renal - Midlands & South West England
Our client is an international Healthcare Company that focus on the development and treatment of many far-reaching conditions across the healthcare spectrum.
At this important time for the organisation, they are looking for a talented and highly motivated Account Manager (Renal) to join their high performing UK business to work covering their lucrative Midlands & South West England region.
The role is covering a multimillion territory selling a range of Renal Therapy solutions into NHS Trusts. The service offering is seen to be setting the standard in the industry and driving innovation. In addition, as the company invests heavily in its R&D activities, there is also the added benefit of having excellent scope and potential to expand from a business and product pipeline perspective.
As it's a 'business critical' territory, the ideal candidate will be an accomplished Medical Device Account Manager, ideally with Capital Equipment and Consumables sales experience, but certainly with a proven track record of success in Key Account Management and liaison with NHS Procurement. The company will, however, also consider high performing Hospital Specialists with demonstrable success gained within selling into the hospitals across the territory. Some exposure to working with ICU or A&E would be advantageous. Some previous experience in a clinical/nursing role would also be seen favourably.
In this role you will manage the territory as a 'business within a business'. Therefore, it's important that you bring a solution focused approach, strong technical understanding and commercial mind-set to the role. You must also reside on territory.
