Our client is a highly regarded medical device manufacturer that's an innovator in the Renal marketplace. It's a company that invests heavily in their product pipeline activities and can offer exceptional financial rewards and career opportunities for high performers.

At this important time for the organisation, they are looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Solutions Manager to work across their leading Renal Device portfolio. The region is classed as their UK South area.

In this role, you will take the lead on tenders and new business proposals, supporting the sales team to create opportunities for the development of new business and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

*Managed Service contracts and liaising with FME / NHS stakeholders

*Facilitation of FMS in relation to financial / commercial contract extension, new tenders, interaction with the Product team

*Key strategic projects as required

As it's a 'business critical' position, the ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success, ideally from a similar Commercial role with the Renal or other related healthcare/devices marketplace.

You will have a detailed knowledge of NHS Tendering/Contract legislation and have experience of Managed Service contracts and liaising with FME / NHS stakeholders

It's important that you bring a solutions-focused approach, strong technical understanding and commercial 'outcome driven' mind-set to the role.

In addition you must be:

* Able to sell solutions (rather than products)

* Confident communicating with high level stakeholders (internal and external)

* Ability to manage complex tenders involving multiple parts of the business

* Track record of managing long sales cycles

* Proven record of delivering profitable growth
