CHASE is recruiting for a National Sales Manager (Aesthetics) on behalf of a rapidly expanding international healthcare company that's committed to improving the quality of life for millions of people across the world.

Our client is a major player in the Medical Aesthetics market both here in the UK, and internally. At this important time for the organisation, they are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to spearhead their UK division, managing a team of Regional Sales Managers across the UK and be responsible for the bottom line across the business.

The company is in a major growth phase with ambitious plans for the next few years. Therefore, it's important that you bring a solutions' focused approach and strong technical understanding of a similar dynamic marketplace in the UK.

As it's a business-critical role, the ideal candidate will be an experienced medical device/pharmaceutical industry professional with demonstrable sales management experience. You will be a dynamic leader with a track record & broad base of commercial experience and bring a solutions-focused mind set to the role and wider business.

You must be self-motivated and proactive with excellent leadership and coaching skills, as well as the ability to analyse data and problem solve. This is a superb opportunity to manage and shape the national sales team around you with a supportive and cutting-edge company.

Ideal background:

* 2nd line sales management experience - preferred

* Healthcare/pharma experience (sales/sales management)

* Experience/exposure to marketing - preferred
