Regional Nurse Manager - Home Healthcare - Surrey based

Our client provides compassionate, dignified and high-quality specialist nursing and care into people's homes. Expert care is delivered to patients (clients) in their own homes by carefully selected and trained care staff teams who are supported and managed by Regional Nurse Managers. They provide specialist care for clients with a range of conditions such as Spinal injuries, Respiratory conditions, Strokes, Neurological conditions and other complex conditions, going to great lengths to ensure that those who join our close-knit team share our caring values and approach.

As a Regional Nurse Manager you will form an integral part of a team delivering high quality complex and specialist care to a caseload of clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Managing a small caseload of clients and their care staff teams
*Plan and deliver training to staff in practice
*Clinically plan and supervise the delivery of high-quality care for your caseload of clients in their homes
*Provide mentorship, supervision, educational and practice support to your care staff teams
*Actively participate in the direct care of your clients in their homes
*Act as a role model in all clinical practice, demonstrating compassionate and dignified care
*Ensure care plans, activities, and risk assessment are accurate and reflective of needs for the client caseload

Experience required:

*NMC registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years post qualification
*Passionate about Nursing and high-quality Care
*Previous mentorship or training experience
*Be organised, efficient, and driven to help the team maintain high standards
*Relevant and varied nursing experience
*Be able to work well under pressure
*Have excellent organisational and communication skills
*Comfortable in people's homes and adapt to a non-clinical environment
