Pharmaceutical Account Manager - Fife / Tayside / Grampian

With the broadest diabetes product portfolio in the industry they hold a leading position within areas such as haemostasis management, growth hormone therapy and hormone replacement therapy.
We have an opportunity for an Account Manager, where you will be accountable for increasing diabetes portfolio sales, optimising patient access and driving market share through integrated accounts in local health economies to improve outcomes for patients living with diabetes and its associated condition.
Your role would be to develop working relationships with key customers such as PCN Directors (clinical), PCN Managers, Consultants, Hospital Pharmacy, Clinical Directors and GPs with a special interest in Diabetes. You will be working in a team while fully responsible for your own region. Activities will include business planning, presenting and "Speaker" meetings.
We are seeking candidates who are well organised, target focused, innovative people with at least 2/3 years influencing or Account Management experience, ideally business to business or commercial sales. You must have the ability to demonstrate your previous successes and a strong drive to succeed. An understanding of the NHS would be advantageous.
