Brand Manager - Mental Health - Hertfordshire

Working within the marketing team, you will deliver the day to day execution of marketing tactical activities and objectives in the UK in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional brand team.
*Assist in the preparation of the strategic brand plans and lead the execution of defined projects
*Effective planning, execution and follow-up of both digital and more traditional interactions/ education / congresses / meetings / exhibitions
*Develop multichannel approach to ensure effective implementation of strategies
*Monitor the implementation and impact of tactical projects through analysing sales, market and customer insights
*Brief and guide field force by setting appropriate objectives of how to use marketing materials
*Training of field force on marketing strategy and materials in collaboration with the Training Lead
*Demonstrate regular contact with the field force and external customers
*Manage and maintain promotional budget within agreed limits
*Liaise with external agencies to achieve efficient production of all materials
*Management and co-ordination of international and national meetings
*Contribute and present at sales conferences, regional meetings, ITPs and training meetings when required
*Liaise with co-promotion partners in the delivery of agreed tactics
*Work collaboratively and be proactive in sharing knowledge and key learnings with BA North brand managers and cross-functional team
Your suitability for the role will be defined by:
*Experience in Marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
*Significant experience in development and implementing strategic and operational planning
*Good understanding of the structure and organisation of the NHS and experience with the NHS and Commissioning/Market Access process
*Experience in Mental health is highly preferred
*Demonstrable experience of managing agencies and budgets
*Proven experience with different marketing and digital channels
